  • The first option of this plugin allows us to contact the company that created the plugin so that we can make a query. Simply fill in the form data and click on the “Send inquiry” button. It also gives us information about the laws in force regarding data protection.
  • Pages

    • In this section we will first fill in the data of the form that will be used to create our pages of Privacy Policy, Cookies Policy, and Legal Notices.

      • Commercial Name: Name of our company
      • Business Name: The corporate name is the name by which a company is collectively known. It is an official and legal name that appears in the documentation that allowed to constitute the legal entity in question. Name of the owner of the company in case of being autonomous.
      • Name of the Owner: Name of the owner of the company.
      • Registered Office: Company address.
      • Population: Population where the main headquarters of the company is located.
      • Province: Province where the main headquarters of the company is located.
      • Postal Code: Zip code where the company’s main headquarters are located.
      • CIF / DNI: CIF or DNI of the owner of the company.
      • Telephone: Contact telephone number of the company.
      • Email: Contact email of the company.
      • Registration data: Cadastral data of the building where the company is located.
      • Table of cookies detected: This table will appear on your Cookies Policy page. You will have to indicate for which the cookies of your website are used and thus have the user informed.

        By default this plugin detects the cookies we are using and fill in the fields if you have information about these cookies. In case any cookie is not filled correctly we must fill in the fields for us to inform the user in the Cookies Policy page.

      • Once the changes are finished we can press the “Create or Update Pages” button. This will create or update the Policy pages automatically.
  • Forms

    • This plugin will search our created forms and will allow us to add boxes of conditions acceptance.
      • Contact form: By sliding the control that appears next to each option, we activate or deactivate the appearance of each condition in the form.
      • Enable information treatment clause.
      • Enable clause of over 18 years.
      • Enable clause to collect information for commercial purposes.
      • When we have finished adding the conditions of the forms, we will click on the “Write clauses” button.
  • Cookies

    • Content parameters of your Cookies: allows us to modify the view of the acceptance bar and cookies that will appear to users requesting that they accept the cookies used in our project.
    • Position: Position in which the Cookies Policy banner appears.
    • Text color: Color of the main text of the cookies policy banner.
    • Background color: Banner background color.
    • Color of the link to more information: Text color that links to more information.
    • Color button text: Accept policy button text color.
    • Color button background: Background color of accept policy button.
    • Header text: header text of the bannner (it will not show if it is positioned at the top or bottom).
    • Main text: Main text of the cookie policy banner.
    • Link text to more information: Text to link to more information page.
    • More information page: Select the page that shows the information.
    • External URL for more information: If you do not have a cookie policy page, you can write an external url.
    • Open external URL in: Open external url in new page or in the same page.
    • Acceptance button text: Button text to accept cookies policy and close banner.
    • Text rejection button: Button text to reject the cookie policy and close banner.
    • Save changes: Button to save the changes made.
    • Default values: Return to the initial values ​​that the plugin has configured.
  • Cookies preload

    • In this section, you must add the script codes of those cookies, our own or those of third parties, which are not the basic ones for the proper functioning of the website. These cookies will NOT be loaded by default, as long as the user does not click on the “Accept” cookies button; if you click on the “Reject” button, they will never be charged. If you have a plugin that adds the cookie automatically, uninstall it and add the script in one of these two text areas.
      • Scripts in the header: Here the scripts that will load when loading the page header will be placed.
      • Scripts in the footer: Here the scripts that will load when loading at the bottom of the page will be placed.
      • To save the changes, click on the “Save Scripts” button.
